Grass pollen is currently the main pollen allergen!

The grasses are in full bloom, and exposure is high in fine weather.
Short showers only have a moderate effect on pollen release. At medium and higher altitudes, flowering is not yet so advanced and allergy sufferers can also find relief in forests.
Dock and plantain pollen are added to the meadow aspect.

The lime tree is the last tree pollen species to start flowering. The flowering of conifers leads to typical yellow precipitation on smooth surfaces, but is harmless from an allergological point of view.

Green alder blossoms at higher altitudes. Pollen can also be transported to the lowlands by long-distance flight.

Flowering elderberry bushes can cause symptoms in sensitive people if they come into direct contact with them.

Other species in the pollen spectrum: Oak , maple and copper beech still bloom in the inner mountains, and walnut, robinia and horse chestnut in residential areas.

During precipitation and frost, the catkins close and no pollen is released!
